You will be sent a Repair Card along with the spare parts requested from the KUKA Robot
Group.
Return the completed Repair Card to the KUKA Robot Group along with the defective
exchange parts removed during the repair.
The data in the Repair Card will help us to speed up the reprocessing of the exchange parts.
The returned Repair Cards provide us with statistical data that are of great importance for
KUKA quality management.

Box A
Please enter in this box the name of your firm and where it is based/the location of the
plant in which the affected robot system is installed.
Box B
Describe the location of the robot system.
Example: Shop 4, UB I, IR 16 B
Box C
The order number is assigned to the robot system by the KUKA Robot Group when the
order is processed. You can either obtain this number from your purchasing team or
leave this box empty. The order number will then be entered later by the KUKA Robot
Group.
