What is USB Drive Box?
A USB drive can be connected to the USB memory slot on the machine to print a saved file. You can print data
directly from the USB drive without a PC.
Image files scanned using this machine can also be saved to USB drive in the PDF, TIFF, JPEG, XPS, OpenXPS, high
compression PDF, Word, Excel or PowerPoint format (Scan to USB).
NOTE
Word, Excel and PowerPoint will be saved in a Microsoft Office 2007 or later file format.
What is a Fax Memory RX Box/Subaddress Box/Polling Box?
