1101 "Failed to send the email." is displayed
Message
Failed to send the email.
Check the host name of the SMTP server on the Command Center RX
Job is canceled. Press [End].

Corrective Actions
Enter the host name of the SMTP server in Command Center RX.

Launch your Web browser.

In the address or location bar, enter the machine's IP address or the host name.

Log in with administrator privileges.

Click [E-mail] of the [Functions] Menu.

Check the [SMTP Server Name] in "SMTP".
Correct anything that is incorrect.

Click [Submit].
