Wide A4 Pitch
Turn this to On to increase the maximum number of characters that can be
printed in a line for A4 page (78 characters at 10 pitch) and Letter size
page (80 characters at 10 pitch). This setting is effective in only PCL 6
emulation.

Press the MENU key.

Press the or key repeatedly until Page set > appears.

Press the > key.

Press the or key repeatedly until >Wide A4 appears.

Press the ENTER key. A blinking question mark (?) appears.

Select On or Off using the or key.

Press the ENTER key.

Press the MENU key. The message display returns to Ready.
