◆ The foundation to be installed shall be cement floor, and the ground shall be solid,
horizontal, and the equipment shall be drilled on the foundation when the equipment
is fixed. The thickness of the foundation cement shall be ≥200mm.
5. Equipment use power distribution requirements:
◆ Power requirements: The power supply requires three-phase five-wire system 380V ±
5% (three fire wires and one neutral wire and one ground wire). If the power supply
exceeds the required range, the customer must provide a voltage regulator (specific
model, power can consult the engineer). If the power supply does not meet the
requirements, it will increase the failure rate of the equipment and reduce the service
life.
◆ Users need to have their own power supply box. The height of the power supply box
is about 1.4 meters from the ground. The outlet is reserved. A three-phase air switch
with AC380V/100A without leakage protection is installed in the distribution box. One

◆ Power supply wire diameter: The cross-sectional area of the transformer to the
distribution box should be ≥25mm

for 50 to 100 meters. For more than 100 meters, a separate
transformer is required. For equipment-specific lines, the wire must be multi-core
copper wire and cannot be used in parallel with other large load devices.
◆ Ground wire construction method: use copper plate or copper strip → dig a deep pit
of 2.5 meters long, 1.5 meters wide and 2.5 meters deep in the vicinity of the machine
room. The depth of the pit is subject to water, and some sodium chloride or salt is
sprinkled at the bottom of the pit. Buried copper plate or copper strip with 1.5 m * 0.5
m * 3 mm thick with copper solder to weld 16 square copper core wire together to lead
out the ground. The tester measures the ground wire resistance must be ≤ 4.0 ohm,
