Report functions are divided into the following four areas: diagnosis report, knowledge
base, image list, print configuration.
6.8.1 Diagnostic report area
The diagnosis report area is mainly composed of six parts: display report title, patient
information, image collection, diagnosis result, report physician review physician and report
processing area.
1. Report title: input the report title according to the actual needs;
2. Patient information: including patient number, name, date of birth, gender, age,
examination number and other information;
3. Inspection site: select the collected image, and the system will automatically attach
it to the inspection site area of the report, and generate the inspection site;
6. Inspection description: add the description of the inspection image;
6. Diagnosis results: including examination site, examination description and
examination conclusion;
5. Report date, report physician, audit physician: default current logged-in user.
6.8.2 Knowledge base
"Knowledge base" is a set of knowledge slices stored, managed and used in the
computer for solving problems in the diagnosis field. The knowledge base includes the
name of the inspection node related to diagnosis, the description of the inspection, the
reference information of the inspection conclusion and so on.
For the photographic diagnostic report, click on the DX node tree. Drop down to
select the required diagnostic template, double-click the file, and the content will be
displayed in the blank automatically. Doctors can make changes according to the actual
needs, click "update", and change and save; When the wrong template is selected, select
"replace". You can reselect the template and replace the wrong one. Patients with filming

the DX node tree, select the corresponding diagnostic template, double-click the file,
content automatically display content in the diagnosis of the blanks, doctors diagnostic
details can be change according to actual needs. Users can also add and modify the
