Chapter 5 Operating Instruction
5.1 Components
The machine frame can be used in conjunction with other X-ray device and
radiographic table, through various positions to achieve the medical diagnosis of head
and neck, chest, abdomen, limbs and other body parts, so as to meet the photographic
requirements of patients of various sizes.
The frame consists of the following components:
Column assembly: Including the column top shell, gear - chain driving unit, column
pulley components, limit switches, column front board, column base, etc.;
UC arm assembly: Including the straight arm, tube arm, arm rack guide, gear
wheel, C-arm parts, rotating machine, mechanical limit blocks, photoelectric switches and
connection shaft device of the detector;
Control section: Mainly referring to the control panel assembly and movement
control cabinet of the column. The control panel assembly of the frame is the joint part of
operator and machine, while the movement control cabinet deals with the commands of
the mechanical movement. The control panel assembly of the frame adopts the parallel
operation modes of ordinary button switches and touch-screen virtual keypad, through
touching the keys, to achieve the electric control of the mechanical movement of the
frame.
