1)Collimator light field symmetry, light field radiation field consistent debugging
a) Adjust the symmetry of the beam limiter light field and the center of the "+"
Open the collimator light field lamp to adjust the horizontal light field and the vertical light
field size, and observe whether the size of the light field is closed and opened symmetrically
with the longitudinal direction of the "+" horizontal light field of the light field lamp. Otherwise,
it is realized by adjusting the position of the "ten" word of the beam limiter and the position
of the light field lamp block.
b) Adjust the consistency of the light field and radiation field of the collimator
Use the field test card to measure and compare whether it meets the requirements.
Under normal conditions, the deviation between the center of the field of X-ray radiation
and the center of the field of light exposure and their respective edges should be no more
than 2% of the distance from the focus of the X-ray tube to the subject. If it does not meet
the requirements, it can be achieved by adjusting the position of the collimator indicator.
2)Collimator alignment debugging
By adjusting the direction of the beam limiter field (rotating in the horizontal horizontal
axis direction, rotating in the horizontal vertical axis direction, and rotating around the
vertical axis direction), the "+" word of the beam limiter light field lamp and the "+" of the
image receiving surface are adjusted. The word horizontal, vertical axis, and center
correspond. Use the collimator to perpendicularize the center of the image receiving
surface to the exposure of the “+” center to verify whether it is collimated. If the collimator
is imaged as a standard ring after exposure, the alignment is completed. Otherwise adjust
the direction of the beam limiter.
