4.1 Installation instructions
4.1.1 Construction requirements of machine room
1. Machine room area requirement：
◆ Room size requirement recommended by inspection room：
Length * width * height =5000×5000×3000mm（minimum size：4500×4000×2700mm）
◆ Room size requirement recommended in operation room：
Length * width * height =3000×2500×3000mm（minimum size：2000×2000×2700mm）
◆ Room net height recommended size≥3000mm，Door net height 2000mm，Door net
width 1400mm (minimum size: room net height ≥ 2800mm, door net width 1200mm)
below the minimum size will affect equipment installation。
2. Equipment room protection requirements: Please follow the local health inspection and
quarantine department standards for construction, the following is for reference only.
◆ The six-sided wall or floor of the inspection room needs to reach the equivalent of 2
mm of lead equivalent (concrete thickness should be ≥ 150mm).
◆ The lead glass thickness of the inspection room and the operation room is ≥ 2 mm.
The recommended lead glass size is: length * width * thickness = 1200 * 800 * 20mm,
and the height of the lead glass is 900mm from the ground.
3. Equipment operating environment requirements:
◆ Temperature requirement ： 10 ℃ ～ 40 ℃ （ It is recommended to have one air
conditioner with 2 powers.）。
◆ Relative humidity: 30% to 75% (one must be equipped with an automatic
dehumidifier in wet areas)。
