Anopticaldriveispreinstalledinthebay.Ifitneedstoberepaired,removeitasfollows:
1.Turnoffthecomputer,thendisconnecttheacpoweradapterandallcablesfromthecomputer.Waitfor
afewminutes,tilltheinsideofthecomputercools,beforeyoustartthefollowingprocedures.
2.Removethebattery.See“Replacingthebattery”onpage89.
3.Closethecomputerdisplay,andturnthecomputerover.
4.Loosenthescrewthatsecuresthedriveandremoveit.
5.Presstheedgeofthedriveoutwards,usingthetipofathinscrewdriverasshowninthedrawing
andthenpulloutthedrive.
