•IfyoucarryyourcomputerwiththewirelessLANfeatureintoanairplane,checktheserviceswiththe
airlinebeforeboardingtheairplane.
•Iftherearerestrictionsontheuseofcomputersonanairplanewiththewirelessfeature,youneedto

•PlaceyourcomputersothatthereareasfewobstaclesaspossiblebetweenthewirelessLANaccess
pointandthecomputer.
•ForthebestconnectionofthewirelessLANfeature,openyourcomputerdisplaytoanangleofslightly
morethan90degrees.
•Ifyouusethewirelessfeature(the802.11standard)ofyourcomputersimultaneouslywithaBluetooth
option,datatransmissionspeedcanbedelayedandtheperformanceofthewirelessfeaturecanbe
degraded.

Tousethebuilt-inwirelessnetworkingcard(the802.11standard)tocommunicate,startAccessConnections.
Note:BeforeyoustartsettingupwirelessnetworkingconnectionsbyusingAccessConnections,obtaina
NetworkName(SSID)andyourencryptioninformationfromyournetworkadministrator.
AccessConnections,aconnectivityassistantprogram,caneasilyenableonenetworkadapteranddisable
