Separator roll removal
1. Lower the duplex unit to the down position.
2. Remove the outer cassette guide (A.
3. Remove the inner cassette guide (B).
4. Remove the plastic e-clip (C) that secures the separator roll to the shaft.
5. Remove the separator roll.
