When replacing the O
2
blender assembly (LTV
®
1200) or O
2
Block (LTV
®
1150), it is easiest
to remove several components and replace them together. These will be done in the
following order:
• Remove the back panel and disconnect the battery
• Remove the left soft side
• Remove the motor board (LTV
®
1200 only)
• Remove the flow valve
• Remove the turbine manifold and oxygen blender/O
2
Block as a unit
• Disconnect the oxygen blender/O
2
Block from the turbine manifold
• Connect the new oxygen blender/O
2
Block to the turbine manifold
• Replace the oxygen blender/O
2
Block and turbine manifold as a unit
• Replace the flow valve
• Replace the motor board
• Replace the left soft side
• Reconnect the battery and replace the back panel
