Maintenance Schedule
The following maintenance schedule is a listing
of
periodic maintenance procedures, organized
by
service
intervals.
For
detailed instruction, see the specific heading
in
Maintenance/Service section. Use "Fuels,
Auids and Lubricants as specified under that heading.
SERVICE INTERVALS
The recommended
se
rvice intervals are
in
hours of operation. Use
th
e hour meter
in
the cab
to
indicate
when the next service interval
has
been reached.
IMPORTANT: Recommended
in
tervals
are
for average conditions. Service wind rower more often
if
operated under adverse conditions (severe dust, extra heavy loads, etc.), Regular maintenance is the best
insurance against early wear and untimely breakdowns. Following th

1. Grease caster pivots
2. Grease header drive pulley,
3. Grease header clutch pivot.

Grease transmission driveline.
5. Grease walking beam center pivot.
6. Grease top lift link rear pivot.

Grease forked caster spindle bearings.
