WARNING:
• Gas given

by battery electrolyte is
explosive. Keep
all smoking materials,
sparks and flames away from batteries.

charging and boosting

charging
in
enclosed
space.
• Always wear protective eye·wear when
working
near
batteries.

Avoid contact with skin, eyes
or
clothing.
• Keep batteries
out
of
reach
of
children.

If
electrolyte Is spilled
or
splashed on
clothing

the body, neutralize
it
immediately
with
a solution
of
baking soda
and water, then rinse
with
clean water.
• Electrolyte splashed into the eyes is
extremely dangerous.
Should this occur,
force the eye open
and
flood with cool,
clean water
for
five minutes. Call a
doctor
immediately.
• To avoid
shocks
, bums
or
damage to
electrical system, disconnect battery
ground cable before working in
an
area
where
you
might
accidentally contact
electrical components.
NOTE: For easier battery installation
or
removal,
position a low platfonn on which to stand when
lo
wering
or
lifting battery.
