6.7.3 DISC SPEED
The header is allocated a code that the WCM
reads when the header is first attached to the
windrower, and the disc speed set-point
automatically becomes the minimum disc speed
for the header. The operator can then program
the desired speed from the following table on the
CDM to be stored in the WCM memory so that if
the header is detached and then re-attached to
the windrower, the disc will operate at the
original set-point.

* Suggested Overload Setting ā 1300 rpm.
NOTE
Higher engine rpm may be required to
engage the R85 headers. Do not exceed
1800 rpm.
NOTE
Desired disc speed will only be maintained
above 1500 rpm (engine). Disc speed is
not adjustable below this rpm.
Display and set the desired disc speed as
follows:
CAUTION
Check to be sure all bystanders have cleared
the area.
