7.11.4.2 Charge Filter
NOTE
Change hydraulic oil filter after the first 50
hours of operation and every 500 hours
thereafter. Filter) part #112419 can be
obtained from your dealer.
a. Stop engine and remove key.
b. Clean around head of the filter.
c. Unscrew the filter with a filter wrench.
d. Clean the gasket surface of the filter head.
e. Apply a thin film of clean oil to the filter gasket.
f. Screw the new filter onto the mount until the
gasket contacts the filter head.
g. Tighten filter an additional ½ turn by hand.
IMPORTANT
Do not use a filter wrench to install oil
filter. Over-tightening can damage gasket
and filter.
7.11.4.3 Return Filter
NOTE
The return filter is a part of the hydraulics
package required to run a draper or auger
header.

maintenance position.
c. Clean around head of the filter.
d. Unscrew the filter with a filter wrench.
e. Clean the gasket surface of the filter head.
f. Apply a thin film of clean oil to the filter gasket.
g. Screw the new filter onto the mount until the
gasket contacts the filter head.
h. Tighten filter an additional ½ turn by hand.
