The Transmission filter removes results that exceed the indicated
transmission level. The Signal filter excludes data signals that are below
the indicated signal level. The signal level relates to the average scattering
signal recorded across the active detector channels.
If using an external trigger, select this in the Grouping list. Chapter 10
describes external triggers and grouping.

The first Analysis dialogue, shown below, appears. Select water as the par-
ticle and air as the dispersant. Chapter 10 describes use of optical models.
