airbagsystemwiringharnessarestrictly
prohibited.
Changestovehiclestructureisprohibited.
Thismayaffectthenormaloperationofthe
SRS.
DONOTallowtheseareastobeooded
withliquidandDONOTusepetrol,
detergent,furniturecreamorpolishes.
IfwatercontaminatesorenterstheSRS,it
maycausedamageandaffectdeployment.
Inthiscase,evenifthecollisiondoesnot
occur,theairbagmaydeployaccidentally.
Pleaseshutdowntheengineanddisconnect
thebatterycableimmediately;donottry
tostarttheengine.Inthiscasecontactan
MGAuthorisedRepairerimmediately.
Iftheairbagwarninglampfailstoilluminate,stayson,or
ifthereisanydamagetothefrontorsideofthevehicle,
ortheairbagcoversshowsignsofdamage,contactanMG
AuthorisedRepairerimmediately.
IMPORTANT
•Theremovalorreplacementofanairbagmodule
shouldbecarriedoutbyanMGAuthorisedRepairer.
•After10yearsfromtheinitialdateofregistration(or
installationdateofareplacementairbag),some
componentswillneedtobereplacedbyanMG
AuthorisedRepairer.
