IMPORTANT
•Ifthevehiclefailstoentry"READ YMODE"for
3consecutivetimes,pleasecontactyourMG
AuthorisedRepairer.
•Thevehicleisttedwithananti-theftsystem.Any
independentlymadekeycannotstartthevehicle.
•Intheenvironmentwithatemperatureof-10℃and
below,thetimerequiredforstartingapowersystem
willincrease.Itisessentialthatallunnecessary
electricalequipmentisswitchedoff.
SwitchingthePowerSystemOFF
SettingthepowersystemtoOFF:
1Afterbringingthecartoahalt,alwaysmaintainbrake
pedalapplication.
2UsingtheelectronicshiftcontrolknobselectPthiswill
automaticallyapplytheparkingbrake-pleasecheck
thattheparkingbrakeisappliedgear;
3Afterleavingthedriverseatwiththekey,pressthe
lockbuttonontheremotekey(Referto"Keys"inthis
section)topoweroff.
Note:Whenyouaresittinginthedriver'sseat,you
canstillpoweroffthevehiclebyclickingthe
icon
onthelargescreenandselecting"Safety-PowerOff".
Ifyoudepressthebrakepedal,thevehiclewillrestart.
Note:Pleaseobservetheparkbrakewarninglight
andmessagedisplayedintheinstrumentpackmessage
centreconrmingthattheparkingbrakeisapplied
beforeexitingthevehicle.
