•Thecameracannotrecognizethetextmessages
providedbelowthespeedlimitsign,suchas
AuxiliaryLane,100mAhead,SchoolSection,
7:00-10:00.Thecamerawillrecognizethespeed
limitsignwithtextmessagesasanormalspeedlimit
sign.
•Somedrasticandrapidsteeringoperationsofthe
drivermaybejudgedaschanginglaneorturning
aroundintheintersectionbythesystem,resulting
intheidentiedspeedlimitsignsbeingcleared.
SpeedLimitAssistanceSystem
Speedlimitassistancesystemisonlyan
auxiliaryfunction.Duetothatthespeed
limitsignisnotstandardizedorthefront
viewcameraisblocked,thewrongspeed
limitvalueornospeedlimitvaluemay
bedisplayedontheinstrumentpack,and
thevehicleisnotrestrictedinthecorrect
speedrange,sothedriverstillneedstobe
responsibleforreal-timeevaluationofthe
speedlimitontheroad.
Thefrontviewcameracannotrecognise
speedlimitsignspaintedontheroad
surface.ThedriverMUSTobservethese
speedlimitsandadjustthetheirspeed
accordingly.
Thesettinginterfaceofthespeedlimitassistancesystem
