MG MG4 - Front Windscreen Wash and Wipe

SingleWipe
Bypressingtheleverswitchdowntothesinglewipe
position(1xpositionasshown)andreleasingit,the
wiperswillperformasinglewipe.Iftheleverswitchis
heldinthesinglewipeposition(1xpositionasshown),
thewiperswilloperatecontinuouslyuntilitisreleased.
Note:Whenthecarisstationary,ifthebonnetis
opened,thefrontwiper/washeroperationwillbe
disabled.
IMPORTANT
•Avoidoperatingthewipersonadrywindscreen.
•Infreezingorextremelyhotconditions,makesure
thatthewiperbladesarenotfrozenoradheredto
thewindscreen.
•Inwinter ,removesnoworicefromaroundthe
wiperarmsandblades,includingthewipedareaof
thescreen.
FrontWindscreenWashandWipe
Bypullingtheleverswitchtowardsthesteeringwheel,
thewindscreenwasherswilloperateimmediately.After
ashortinterval,thewiperswillcommenceoperatingin
conjunctionwiththewashers.
Note:Thewiperscontinueoperatingforthreewipes
aftertheleverswitchisreleased.Afterseveralseconds,
therewillbeafurtherwipetoremoveanywasheruid
fromthewindscreen.
IMPORTANT
Ifthewashersfailtodeliverthescreenwashsolution
(dirtoricemayhaveblockedthejets),releasethe
leverimmediately.Thiswillpreventthewipersfrom
operating,andtheconsequentriskofvisibilitybeing
impairedbydirtsmearingacrosstheunwashed
windscreen.
