Whenthevehicleisinabraking,over-runorcoasting
state,theenergyregenerationfunctionisactivated,and
themotorconvertspartofthekineticenergyofthevehicle
intoelectricenergy,whichisthenstoredinthehighvoltage
batterypack.
Energycannotberegeneratedorislimitedundersome
conditions,suchas:
•NorRgearisselected(Duringdrivingdonotcoastin
Ngear);
•Duringtorqueintervention(SCSortractioncontrol
operation);
•Highvoltagebatterypackisfullycharged;
•Highvoltagebatterytemperatureistoohighortoolow.
Thedrivercanselect4differentlevelsofregenerationvia
theinfotainmentsystem.

In"Weak"mode,minimumenergyisregenerated,the
vehicleexhibitslongercoastingdistancesandnosignicant
sensationofover-rundragormotorbraking.The
