AuthorisedRepairercanreactivateit.
Note:Anykeymadeprivatelymaynotstartthe
vehicle,andmayaffectthesafetyofyourcar.T o
obtainasuitablekeyreplacement,itisrecommended
thatyoucanconsultanMGAuthorisedRepairer.
Note:Thenewkeycannotbeofferedtoyou
immediatelybecauseitrequiresprogrammingtothe
vehiclebytheMGAuthorisedRepairer.
Note:Ifyourcarisequippedwithinduction-type
wirelesschargingfunction,alwayskeepthekeymore
than20cmawayfromthemobilephonewhichis
beingchargedtopreventthekeyfromtheinterference
ofwirelesschargingdevice.
Note:Avoidoperatingthesmartkeycloseto
strongradiointerferencedevices(suchasnotebook
computersandotherelectronicproducts),thenormal
functionofthekeymaybeaffected.
ReplacingtheSmartKeyBattery
Pleasereplacethesmartkeybatteryifanyofthefollowing
conditionsoccur:
•Thelocking/unlockingfunctionrangeofthesmartkey
isobviouslyreduced;
•"KeyBatteryLow,PleaseReplace"isshownonthe
integrateddisplay
