theadaptivecruisecontrolsystemenabled,ifanyof
thefollowingconditionsoccurwhilstthevehicleisina
stoppedstate,theEPBwillautomaticallybeapplied:
•Thedriverunfastenstheseatbelt;
•Thedriverdoorisopened;
•Thestationarytimeexceedsthepresettimeperiod.
AdaptiveCruiseOverride
Ifthedriverhascausetousetheacceleratorpedal
whentheadaptivecruisecontrolsystemisactivated,the
vehiclewillremaininCruisemodewhilethevehiclespeed
increases.Whentheacceleratorpedalisreleased,the
adaptivecruisecontrolsystemwillresumetooperateat
previouslysetcruisespeed.
AdaptiveCruiseResume
Aftertheadaptivecruisecontrolsystemispausedand
notturnedoff,itcanbereactivatedbymovingtheswitch
upward.Thetargetcruisespeedwillautomaticallybe
settothetargetspeedbeforeexitingtheadaptivecruise
controlsystem.
ClearingT argetSpeedMemory
Theadaptivecruisecontrolsystemcanbeturnedoffby
turningofftheadaptivecruisecontrolsystemswitchon
theinfotainmentdisplay,andthespeedsetbytheadaptive
cruisecontrolsysteminthememorywillbecleared
synchronously.Thestoredsetspeedwillalsobecleared
byturningofftheStartswitch.
