Thedrivershouldalwaysensurethathis/her
physicalstateissuitablefordrivingeven
ifthevehicleisequippedwithanindirect
driverfatigueremindersystem.NEVER
drivethevehiclewhenfatigued.
Theindirectdriverfatigueremindersystem
cannotalwaysidentifythedriver'sfatigue
levelaccurately.Itcalculatesthefatigue
levelthroughthedriver'soperationstatus
insteadofmonitoringthedriver'sactual
physicalcharacteristicssuchasdistraction,
andcannotprovideemergencyreminderto
thedriverwhohasjustfallenintofatigue.
Thedriverattentionwarningsystemcalculatesthedriver's
fatiguelevelbycomparinginformationsuchasvehicle
speedandsteeringwheelanglewithbasicdataobtained
basedonmassdatastatistics.Thesystemwillconstantly
comparethecalculatedfatiguelevelwiththecurrent
operationstateofthedriver.Ifthesystemrecognizesthat
thedriverisalreadyinafatiguedstate,awarningwillbe
issued.
Whenthevehiclespeedisover37mph(60km/h),the
driverattentionwarningsystemwilloperate.Whenthe
driverperformsthefollowingoperations,thesystemwill
stopmonitoringthedriver'sfatiguelevel:
1Thedriverremovestheseatbeltandopensthedriver
door;
2Thestoptimeexceeds15minutes;
3Thepowersystemsisturnedoff.
