system(KERS)willassistinchargingtheHVbattery
andextendthedrivingrange.
EqualisationCharging
Inordertoassistinextendingtheservicelifeofthehigh
voltagebatterypackitisrecommendedthatanequalisation
chargeiscarriedoutatregularintervals.

IntelligentCharging
The12VbatterySOC(StateOfCharge)isconstantly
monitored,whenthevehicleispowerOFFitispossible,
undercertainconditions,thattheHVbatterywill
automaticallychargethe12Vbatterytoensurethe
vehiclestarts.Thisfunctionwillactivateandswitchoff
automatically.
Note:Thesystemwillsuspendintelligentchargingifa
faultispresent,whenstartingorthevehicleisbeing
chargedbyanexternaldevice.

intelligentcharging.
