extendtyrelife.Recommendations:
•Checkthetyrepressuresatleastonceamonth,it
shouldbecarriedoutwhenthetyreiscold;
•Avoidcorneringatexcessivespeeds;
•Checktyresfrequentlyforabnormalwear;
•Whenthevehicleistobeparkedforalongtime,the
vehicleshouldbemovedatleastonceeverytwoweeks
topreventpermanentdeformationofthetyresdueto
long-termstress.
Thefollowingfactorsaffectthetyrelife:
TyrePressures
Incorrectpressurewillcausetheabnormalwearofthe
tyre,greatlyshortentheservicelife,andhaveanadverse
effectonthedrivingcharacteristicsofthevehicle.
DrivingStyle
Excessivelyharshaccelerationandbrakingwhilstcornering
willreducetyrelife.
WheelBalance
Everynewvehicleleavesthefactoryhavinghadthewheels
dynamicallybalanced.Outofbalancewheelsmaybedue
tomanyfactors.
Ifwheelsareoutofbalance,shakingorvibrationofthe
steeringmechanismmayoccurandthetyresmaystartto
wearexcessively.Itisimportanttorestorewheelbalance
asquickaspossible.Eachwheelshouldberebalancedafter
installinganewtyreorhavingatyrerepair.
WheelAlignment
Incorrectwheelalignmentcancauseexcessivetyrewear
andaffectvehiclesafety.Ifthetyresshowsignsofabnormal
