PolishingthePaintwork
Occasionallytreatthepaintsurfacewithanapprovedpolish
containingthefollowingproperties:
•Verymildabrasivestoremovesurfacecontamination
withoutremovingordamagingthepaint.
•Fillingcompoundsthatwillllscratchesandreduce
theirvisibility.
•Waxtoprovideaprotectivecoatingbetweenthepaint
andtheelements.
Note:Ifpossible,avoidapplyingpolishor
waxproductstowindowglassandrubberseals.
PaintDamage
Anypaintdamageorstonechipsshouldbetreatedwith
suitablepaint/lacquermaterialsimmediatelytoavoid
invalidatingtheAntiCorrosionWarranty.
WiperBlades
Washinwarmsoapywater.DONOTusespiritorsolvent
basedcleaners.
WindowsandMirrors
Regularlycleanallwindows,insideandout,usingan
approvedglasscleaner .
Windscreen:Inparticular,cleantheoutsideofthescreen
withglasscleanerafterwashingthecarwithwashandwax
products,andbeforettingnewwiperblades.
Rearscreen:Cleantheinsidewithasoftcloth,usingaside
tosidemotiontoavoiddamagingtheheatingelements.
Mirrors:Washwithsoapywater.Useaplasticscraperto
removeice.DONOTuseabrasivecleaningcompounds
ormetalscraper.
