Conditions Table Enter up to five stages of the following degas con-
ditions.
Soak Temperature Enter the temperature at which the sample is to
soak while gas is flowing through the heating sta-
tion.
Range: 20 to 450

C
Default: 30

Ramp Rate
Enter the rate at which the temperature will
change when advancing to the soak temperature.
Range: 5 to 20
o
C per minute
Default: 10
o
C per minute
Soak Time Enter the amount of time the sample will soak.
Range: 0 to 10,000 minutes
Default: 10 minutes
Select a row (highlight the row), then press this
button to insert a row above the one selected.
Select a row (highlight the row), then press this
button to delete the row from the conditions table.
Press this button to clear the conditions table.
The rows do not have to be selected.
Press this button to save the information you
entered.
Press this button to close the Degas Conditions
dialog box.
