THE PROBLEM IS THERE IS NO POWER TO THE MILLI-Q SYSTEM
CAUSE REMEDY
No voltage at Wall Electrical Outlet.  Check Voltage at Wall Electrical Outlet.
Powercord not plugged into Milli-Q.  Confirm that the Powercord is plugged in.
System not turned on.  Confirm Power Switch is turned on.
Main Power Fuse blown.  Replace Main Power Fuse. See Chapter 9

Problem with internal component.  Contact Millipore
THE PROBLEM IS THERE IS AN “ERROR NUMBER” ALARM DISPLAYED
CAUSE REMEDY
SYSTEM ERROR 1 displayed
 The voltage going to the Motor is > 49 VDC.
 CONTACT MILLIPORE
SYSTEM ERROR 2 displayed
 The measured temperature is 0 C.
 Is the feedwater very cold?
 CONTACT MILLIPORE
SYSTEM ERROR 3 displayed
 The measured temperature is > 45 C. The
system will still produce high quality water if the
water is not really this warm (i.e. Error coming from
a Thermistor problem).
 Is the feedwater really this warm?
 CONTACT MILLIPORE
SYSTEM ERROR 4 displayed
 The measured Resistivity Value (@ 25 C) is
between 3.5 M.cm and 2.5 M.cm.
 See the Section above “The problem is Low
Resistivity of the Product Water” for further
information.
