Milli-Q Synthesis/Synthesis A10 81
THE PROBLEM IS A MESSAGE IS DISPLAYED WITH A FLASHING SERVICE OR ALARM LED
LCD MESSAGE DISPLAYED REMEDY
EXCH. CARTRIDGES
The Q-Gard Pack and Quantum Cartridge have
been installed for 180 Calendar Days or the
Resistivity is < 16 M.cm (the Resistivity Setpoint).
Replace the Q-Gard Pack and Quantum
Cartridge.
Check the value of the Calendar Day timer and the
Resistivity Setpoint – Contact Millipore to do this.
START SANIT.
Perform a Sanitisation of the UF Cartridge. See
Section 6-5 for information on how to do this.
TOC > SETPOINT
The displayed TOC value is greater than the TOC
Setpoint. Contact Millipore about changing the
TOC Setpoint.
CARTRIDGE OUT
Either the Q-Gard Pack or the Quantum Cartridge
is not pushed in far enough or is absent.
NO FEED WATER
Someone has installed a level sensor device to the
Milli-Q. The level of Feedwater is too low
according to the level sensor device.
REBOOT SYSTEM
The A10 has been trying to process a
TOC Analysis unsuccessfully for 15 minutes.
Turn off then on the electrical power to the Milli-Q.
Contact Millipore if this frequently occurs.
EXCHANGE A10 UV
The small UV Lamp on the A10 TOC Monitoring
Device has been installed for 365 Days.
You can continue to use the system to produce high
quality water until the A10 UV Lamp is replaced.
