Repair and Disassembly Disassemble the Assemblies
6.2.3.5 Remove the Expiration Valve Assembly
1. Remove the work surface cover plate.
2. Unplug the tubes from the expiration valve assembly.

3. Unscrew the four screws on the expiration valve assembly to remove the assembly.

6.2.3.6 Remove the O2 Flush Assembly
1. Remove the work surface cover plate and refer to “Remove the Work Surface Cover Plate” on
page 6-28..
2. Remove the metal cover plate and refer to “Remove the Metal Cover Plate” on page 6-29..
3. Unplug the tubes from the O2 flush assembly.
