Motorola MXP600 - Removing the Keypad Flex Assembly (for PMHN4457_, PMHN4462_)

2 Use the plastic tweezers to disengage the BTB connector by lifting up the BTB from the front
housing.
3 Clean the adhesive residue on the housing and keypad flex.

Removing the Keypad Flex Assembly (For PMHN4457_, PMHN4462_)
Prerequisites: Recommended tools:
• Plastic tweezers
• T-6 Screw Bit
• Torx Driver
Procedure:
1 Using the Torx driver and T-6 Torx bit, loosen the Keypad Flex retainer screw.
2 Remove Keypad Flex retainer.
3 Disengage Keypad Flex Board-to-Board connector from Keypad PCB Board-to-Board
connector.
