¾ Dispose of plastic bags properly. For reasons of hygiene, never
reuse bags.
¾ Attach or install the following components:
– Sealing bar.
– Filling plate.
– Sloping insert with with support angle.
¾ Open all stop-cocks in the supply lines.
¾ Connect the machine to the mains electricity.
¾ If the external vacuum pump has its own power supply, have the
external vacuum pump connected to the mains electricity by a
qualified electrician.
¾ Perform quick disinfection of the whole loading area.
¾ Clean the cleaning devices (e.g. rubber wipers, brushes).
¾ Place cleaning devices in disinfectant solution.
¾ Unpack the film pouches and lay them ready.
