9.1 Shutting down the machine
9.1.1 Cleaning the machine
¾ Perform intensive cleaning of the machine, see Section 6.2
"CLEANING THE MACHINE".
9.1.2 Closing and disconnecting supply lines
DANGER
Dangerous voltage!
Switching off the machine does not rid it of electrical current.
Touching electrically charged components can cause serious or
even fatal injuries.
Before performing any cleaning or service work:
¾ Disconnect the machine's power supply from the mains electric-
ity.
¾ Have work in the control cabinet performed by authorised tech-
nicians only.
¾ Switch off the machine.
¾ Disconnect the machine from the mains electricity.
¾ Close stop valve for the gas supply, if present.
¾ If present, remove the gas hose from the inert gas connection.
¾ Close lid.
¾ Lock lid in place.
