3 Replacing consumable parts
The flushing box is a part that keeps receiving ink discharged from the print head. Please replace the absorption material for the
flushing box periodically. If used without replacing, it can cause damage to the print head.
Replacing period:
• When ink clumps have accumulated on the flushing-box sponges beyond the flushing-box frame. (since it differs
depending on usage frequency, please check periodically)
Replacing absorption material for the flushing box
Skin or eye contact with UV curable ink may cause skin inflammation or allergic reaction.
When using this product, wear personal protective equipment (supplied gloves or solvent-resistant
gloves, goggles or protective eyewear, protective mask, protective clothing) to avoid skin contact
with ink.

Hold the handle on the front cover to gently open it.

• Check the absorption material for the flushing box.
• If the ink deposit is visible on the flushing box, replace the absorption
material.
