CLIMATE CONTROL SYSTEM
Description of Controls
1. Fan Speed Adjustment - Controls the system on/off and
the volume of air circulated in the vehicle.
2. Temperature Selection - Controls the temperature of the
airflow in the vehicle.
NOTE:
There is slight delay when switching between heat
and A/C temperature modes.
3. Air Flow Selections - Controls the direction of the air-
flow in the vehicle.
NOTE:
For the best air flow to the rear of the vehicle, use
the dash, dash/floor or floor modes.
• - Distributes air only through the dash vents.
• - Distributes air through dash and floor vents.
• - Distributes air only through the floor and
side defroster vents.
• - Distributes air only through the windshield
defroster vents, side defroster vents and floor
vents.
• - Distributes air only through the windshield
and side defroster vents.
4. - A/C - Supplies power to the A/C compressor to use
cold air to cool the vehicle.
5. - Air Recirculation - Recirculates interior air in any
mode. Recommended for maximum cooling of the
vehicle, not for defrost or defog purposes.
6. - Rear Window Defrost - Supplies power to the rear
window defroster grid.
