(2) Directory To use Directory features; there are two types of directory features.
Dial By Name
It is controlled by the system. For details, refer to “DIAL BY NAME (DIRECTORY
SEARCH)” on page 95.
Corporate Directory
It is controlled by the external XML server.

(3) Service XML application screen registered in the Service URL is displayed. When the Service URL
is not registered, service icon is not displayed.
The URL of external XML application server is registered at the initial
installation. For details, please contact the system administrator

(4) Setting This menu is used for user settings of the terminal such as incoming call and display. Also,
it is possible to download the sound (Ringer T
one and Music on Hold). For details, refer to
“TERMINAL SETUP” on page 26.
