On All OK SAFE input active
Encoder/Inverter LED Cause Solution
On Failure Try to turn the board off and on again, if the problem continues replace
the board
Off All Ok if operating with limit switch Failure if operating with encoder or inverter
1 pause ash 1 ash All OK The communication with the encoder or the inverter works correctly
2 pause ash 2 ash Communication error with the inverter Check whether the cable is connected and the inverter is powered
3 pause ash 3 ash Communication error with the encoder Check whether the cable is connected and make sure it is not damaged
4 pause ash 4 ash - Inverter overcurrent protection activated
- Over/under current protection activated
- Check whether there are obstacles on the door or in the gear reducer
of the motor inverter
- Check whether the line voltage is within the specications, otherwise
stabilise the line voltage
5 pause ash 5 ash Inverter over temperature protection activated Leave the inverter to cool down and decrease the operating cycle
6 pause ash 6 ash Overload protection activated Check whether there are obstacles on the door or in the gear reducer of
the motor with inverter
7 pause ash 7 ash Protection activated from short circuit Replace the inverter braking resistance
8 pause ash 8 ash Protection from interrupted wire activated Cut the power to the control unit, open the inverter and check whether
the phases of the motor are interrupted. In this case replace the motor
or check whether the motor inverter power supply cable has become
disconnected.

LED 1 Description
Off During normal operation, it indicates “Automatic closure” not active.
On During normal operation, it indicates “Automatic closure” active
Flashes • Programming of functions in progress.
• If this ashes together with L2 this indicates that the device learning phase must be performed (see paragraph 3.12).
Quick ash
After control unit start-up, it indicates a memory error regarding the devices connected. At the same time, the “Bluebus” LED emits a
diagnostic signal: 5 ashes - pause of 1 second - 5 ashes. In this case it is necessary to carry out the learning phase of the connected
devices (see paragraph 3.12) or delete the memory (see paragraph 5.3.1).
LED 2 Description
Off During normal operation, it indicates “Re-close after photo” not active.
On During normal operation, it indicates “Re-close after photo” active.
Flashes • Programming of functions in progress
• If this ashes together with L1, this indicates that the device learning phase must be performed (see paragraph 3.124.4).
Quick ash
After control unit start-up, it indicates a memory error regarding the positions. At the same time, the “Bluebus” LED emits a diagnostic
signal: 5 ashes - pause of 1 second - 5 ashes. In this case it is necessary to carry out the opening and closing learning phase (see
paragraph 3.13.5) or delete the memory (see paragraph 5.3.1).
LED 3 Description
Off During normal operation, it indicates “Always close” not active.
On During normal operation, it indicates “Always close” active.
Flashes • Programming of functions in progress.
If this ashes together with L4, this indicates that the learning phase of the opening and closing positions of the door must be
performed (see paragraph 3.12).
Quick ash
After control unit start-up, it indicates a memory error regarding the parameters and congurations. At the same time, the “Bluebus”
LED emits a diagnostic signal: 5 ashes - pause of 1 second - 5 ashes. In this case the memory must be deleted (see paragraph
5.3.1), and also the learnt connected devices (see paragraph 3.12) and learnt Opening and Closing positions (see paragraph 3.13).
LED 4 Description
Off During normal operation, it indicates “compensation” not active.
On During normal operation, it indicates “compensation” active.
Flashes • Programming of functions in progress.
If this ashes together with L3, this indicates that the learning phase of the opening and closing positions of the door must be
performed (see paragraph 3.13).
Quick ash An error in the mains voltage reading has been detected or the braking board is missing. Turn off and on again: if the problem continues,
it might be necessary to replace the braking board.
LED 5 Description
Off During normal operation, it indicates “Short deceleration” active.
On During normal operation, it indicates “Long deceleration” active.
Flashes Programming of functions in progress.
