Quick ash There is an error in the reading of the encoder probably due to a disturbance. Check whether the wiring between the control unit and
the encoder is correctly connected.
LED 6 Description
Off During normal operation, it indicates “Pre-ash” not active.
On During normal operation, it indicates “Pre-ash” active.
Flashes Programming of functions in progress.
Quick ash There is an error linked to the encoder direction. Modify the setting of the parameter “Inverted rotation direction”.
LED 7 Description
Off During normal operation, it indicates that the operation for inverter is not activated.
On During normal operation, it indicates that the operation for inverter is activated.
Flashes Programming of functions in progress.
Quick ash “Inverter” generic error. To check the type of error, see the diagnostics of the encoder/Inverter LED described in table 9.
LED 8 Description
Off During normal operation, it indicates that the motor Rotation Direction is standard.
On During normal operation, it indicates that the motor Rotation Direction is inverted.
Flashes Programming of functions in progress.
Quick ash Unused.
5.4.2 - Flashing light signals
If a ashing light is connected to the FLASH output on the control unit (or the LED ashing light programmed as ashing light), during the performance of a
manoeuvre this emits a ash each second. If faults occur, the ashing light will emit signals; these are repeated twice, separated by a 1 second pause. The same
signals are also emitted by the LED ashing light and the “Bluebus” LED. Table 11 shows the cause and solution for each type of signal.
TABLE 11
Signal Cause Solution
1 ash
1 second pause
1 ash
Bluebus system error At the start of the manoeuvre, the devices connected to Bluebus do not
correspond to those memorised during the learning phase. One or more
devices may be faulty; check and, if necessary, replace them.
In case of modications repeat the device learning process (see para-
graph 3.12).
2 ash
1 second pause
2 ash
Photocell activated At the start of the manoeuvre, one or more photocells do not enable it;
check to see if there are any obstacles or if the photocell interfere with
the infrared.
3 ash
1 second pause
3 ash
Unused ---
4 ash
1 second pause
4 ash
STOP or ALT input activation At the start of the manoeuvre or during the movement, the STOP or ALT
input was activated; identify the cause.
5 ash
1 second pause
5 ash
Error on internal parameters in control unit Switch off the power and turn it on again. If the error continues carry
out the “Total deletion of the memory” as described in paragraph 5.3.1
and redo the installation; if the condition persists, there may be a serious
malfunction and the electronic board must be replaced.
6 ash
1 second pause
6 ash
Unused ---
7 ash
1 second pause
7 ash
Error in internal electric circuits Disconnect all power circuits for a few seconds and then retry a com-
mand; if the condition persists this may indicate a serious fault with the
board or motor wiring. Check and make replacements as necessary.
8 ash
1 second pause
8 ash
A command is already present that disables
execution of other commands
Check the type of command that is always present; for example, it could
be a command from a timer on the “open” input.
9 ash
1 second pause
9 ash
Block automation Send the command “Release automation” or control the manoeuvre with
“High Priority Step Step”.
