Is the green power LED on the display/CPU board illuminated?

Is the voltage across TP7 (+) and TP2 (-) on the main board between 4.75 and 5.25 VDC? Is the voltage across TP2 (+) and TP4 (-) on the display/CPU board between 4.75 and 5.25 VDC?

Is the red CPU fault LED illuminated?
Replace the main board. Check the ribbon cable or replace the display/CPU board. Replace the display/CPU board.

Does changing the main board correct the problem? Secure or replace the cable. Is the ribbon cable between the main board and the display/CPU board loose or visibly damaged? Secure or replace the cable.

Is LED DS15 on the main board illuminated?
Replace the main board.
