Are the reservoir, melt
plate, and manifold
TRIACS functioning
properly?

functioning properly?
Replace the reservoir, melt
plate, or manifold heater.
Check/correct house
voltage.
Replace the main board.
Replace the malfunctioning
RTD.
Stop.

Does replacing fuses F1/F2
(DS2), F5/F6 (DS3), or F7/F8
(DS5) on the main board and
then resetting the melter clear
the fault?
Replace the main board or
the melt plate/reservoir
thermostats.
