switch the faulting
hose/gun pair to a known
good hose/gun connector
and then reset the melter?

replace just the hose or just
the gun RTD and then
reset the melter?

Have LEDs DS12/DS13 on
the main board or LEDs
1-4 on the power module
stopped flashing?
Stop.
Replace the main board
(hose/gun 1 affected) or
replace the power module
(hose/gun 2 or 3).
