PWM0 dead-time counter low byte

This 8-bit field combined with PWM0DTEN.4 forms a 9-bit PWM0 dead-time counter

PWM0DTCNT. This counter is valid only when PWM0 is under complementary mode and the

correspond PWM0DTEN bit for PWM pair is set.
