This block of registers control the operation of Qixis itself (or other operations which do
not constitute controlling the board or the DUT, which are managed with BRDCFG/
DUTCFG registers) or monitor the status of various things.

Alarm Mask Mode:
0= ALARM register reads return alarm status (normal).
1= ALARM register reads return the alarm mask.

XTEST
This bit directly drives the XTEST signal, typically driving an SMA connector. The function is user-defined.
