3.16.1 Address

3.16.2 Function
The LED register can be used to directly control the monitoring LEDs (M7-M0) for
software debugging or other purposes. Direct control of the LEDs is possible only when
CTL[LED] is set to 1; otherwise they are used to display general system activity.
