NOT NOT --- Reverses the execution condition.

UP --- UP(521) turns ON the execution condition for one cycle when the
execution condition goes from OFF to ON.

DOWN --- DOWN(522) turns ON the execution condition for one cycle when
the execution condition goes from ON to OFF.

LD TST --- LD TST(350) is used in the program like LD; the execution condi-
tion is ON when the specified bit in the specified word is ON, and
OFF when the bit is OFF.
