11.2.1 MEWTOCOL-COM command Format

Command message
(1) Header (start code)
● Commands must always have a “%” (ASCII code: H25) or a “<” (ASCII code: H3C) at the
beginning of a message.
● An expansion header “<” is supported to send and receive single frames of up to 2048
characters as well as general “%”.

(2) Station no.
● The station no. of the PLC to which you want to send the command must be specified. The
station no. of the PLC is specified by the system register.
● In 1:1 communication, specify "01" (ASCII code: H3031) or "EE" (ASCII code: H4545).
● When the PLC receives a command with "EE" specified for the station number, it will respond
regardless of the station number setting.
Specifying "EE" for 1:1 communication enables communication regardless of the station
number setting of the receiving PLC.
(3) Text
● The content of this varies depending on the type of command. The content should be noted
in all upper-case characters, following the fixed formula.
