Address error
There was an error in the code format of the address data. Also,
when exceeded or insufficient address data, there was a mistake
in the range designation.
!67
No program error and no data error
Cannot be read because there is no program in the program area
or the memory contains an error. Or, reading of non-registered
data was attempted.
!68 Rewrite during RUN error
When inputting with programming tool software, editing of an
instruction (ED, SUB, RET, INT, IRET, SSTP, and STPE) that
cannot perform a rewrite during RUN is being attempted. Nothing
is written to the CPU.
!70
SIM over error Program area was exceeded during a program write process.
!71 Exclusive access control error
A command that cannot be processed was executed at the same
time as a command being processed.
